I mean, I don’t know your situation, anyone involved, or the consequences, but I’m guessing it’s not quite as bad as it seems on the face of the issue. Perhaps it’s time for a job change anyway?
I really hope this turns out better than you’re letting on.

When one door closes, another opens. Believe that you will find something better elsewhere, because you certainly will. Good luck and keep your head up.

Everything is not over - in fact you just started again. Apply for unemployment benefits (if you are eligible), and get your resume updated. This is a shitty experience, but you can learn from it and improve yourself. Take a look at your finances and cut payments on unnecessary spending to help your situation. Start looking for something else and remember there is no such thing as bad money when you are looking for employment. I have faith in you.

bro, you’re fine. you getting railroaded was only a temporary solution for her. soon she’ll prove herself inept and worthless when theres no one left to blame. you getting let go was a very temporary solution to her much bigger problem of being a worthless piece of shit. move on, crush her later.

The only way this is life-shattering is if you are like 65 years old and you still have a mortgage to pay.

Not if your manager wasn’t giving you an opportunity to succeed.

After having left a decent job to go to an unstable job and spend a shit ton of money in the process only for it to not work out and ending up at a shitty job I have a bit of advice. That place means absolutely nothing now, dust yourself off and work your ass off to find something else. You said it’s the best gig in town? Find another town within a reasonable driving distance. I beg of you not to sit around and be bummed for a moment, it destroys your momentum. Rally the troops and head back out into the field.

Life is not over!
It may feel like it (I’ve been there before), but it isn’t. I promise.
You’ll eventually find a job that you like so well, it makes you wonder why you ever missed that other one in the first place.

Obviously it was not the best gig in town. What they did was grant you an opportunity to find the best gig in town.

Ever consider a Job in car sales or anything like that. I work at a dealership up in Henrietta and could probably score you an interview at the very least. Reach out to me if you wanna talk.

I have always wanted to. use to flip cars but I have no real sales experience.

Gotta start somewhere. Look at this list http://www.dorschel.com/careers.htm and maybe you’ll see something you like. Even if you don’t want to do sales you could help with the paperwork as a transaction analyst. It’s a decent job with decent pay and would help you get a foot in the door.
